Invoices are emailed out from the 19th of the month for the sessions your child is booked in for the following calendar month.  Dependent upon when your child starts Nursery, your first invoice may be for a longer period than one calendar month.  You will always be charged for regular sessions in advance, but extra sessions booked may be charged in arrears – these will be detailed on your invoice.

If you chose to overpay your invoice these monies will remain on your child’s account as a credit that you can deduct from future invoices.  It is preferable if you just pay the exact amount on your invoice but we understand that in some instances this is unavoidable.  You can request a statement of your account at any time.  No refunds will be made on overpayments.

Invoice queries should be emailed to Jillian (Finance) on askthurgolandchildcare@yahoo.co.uk as soon as possible.

Payment of all invoices need to be made in full by the 1st of the month which the fees relate to in order to avoid a Late Payment charge being added onto your next invoice.   If you are experiencing difficulties in paying your Nursery Fees at any time please contact either Kerry, Nursery Manager or Jillian, Finance as soon as possible to discuss payment plan options.

Our preferred methods for the Payment of Invoices is either by:

Bank Payments directly into our bank account, details of which can be found on the bottom of your Nursery invoice.  Please ensure that your child’s name is included as a reference for any payment.

Tax Free/Childcare Vouchers are accepted at Thurgoland Childcare – click here to access this information.  Please be aware that these payment methods can take up to 5 days to clear into our bank account.  If you have not already built up a fund within your childcare wallet when you receive your first invoice, it may be advisable to pay this first invoice by bank credit.

If for any reasons you are unable to make payment in these ways please contact Jillian, Finance – askthurgolandchildcare@yahoo.co.uk  to discuss alternative short-term options to pay your invoice.
